What data does Beast Mode Buddies read from my CRM?
Only communication metadata — the fact that a call, text, or email happened, its timestamp, direction, duration, and the associated contact id. We never read the content of your calls, texts, or emails: no recordings, no transcripts, no message bodies. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
How does scoring / feeding my pet work?
Each outreach event your CRM reports — a logged call, text, or email — earns your pet energy and bond points. Streaks, achievements, and your pet's mood build up over time as you stay consistent with outreach.
Help! I turned my pet into a frog! What do I do?
Don't panic - a little 😘is all you need to break the spell.
Which CRMs are supported right now?
Follow Up Boss, Lofty, and SureSend are all currently supported. If you use something else, tell us on the alpha interest form so we can prioritize our next integration.
Why do I need an invite to sign up?
We're in a small alpha test right now, so signup is invite-only while we work out rough edges. Request access on the alpha interest form and we'll send a personal invite link when a spot opens up.
How do I disconnect my CRM or delete my account?
Disconnect your CRM anytime from your account page, or from your CRM provider's own permission settings. To delete your account and data entirely, email wilbee@inelegant.solutions.
